Grape Trails Romania is an independent wine discovery project born from curiosity, travel, and a tendency to always want to know what is behind the next bottle, vineyard, road or cellar door.

Created and independently curated by a WSET graduate, the project maps Romania through its grapes, wineries, landscapes, people and places worth stopping for — from tastings and vineyard stays to long lunches, local stories and the roads that connect them.

It is not about telling you what to drink. It is about making Romanian wine easier to discover, understand and experience.

For tourists, expats and curious locals, Grape Trails Romania is an invitation to go beyond the obvious and explore the country one grape, one cellar and one trail at a time.
